About us

Intelix Consulting PTY (Ltd), was established in 2012 with an experienced management team with more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Intelix Consulting is now ready to meet the modern requirements of the South African Building Construction Industry.

We have been involved in the management of a diverse accumulation of projects ranging from short term to long term projects on Turnkey basis.
These include:

  • Multiple full title dwellings at Caribbean Beach Club
  • The Coves Lifestyle Estate and Estate De A’Frique
  • Multi-unit projects like Eintracht security complex 1 & 2 (Sectional Titles), Amelia’s place complex 1 & 2 (Sectional Titles), Providence Village (Sectional Title)

Our projects extended to the management and development of processes and information systems for South African Railways, Standard Bank, Spoornet and Nedbank.

We are operating our Residential Developments and Building Construction work from Intelix Consulting (Pty) LTD, in close association with ALZARO Projekte en Eiendoms ontwikkeling and Boikimo Consulting.

    We combine an all-embracing management process or lists, of tasks to accomplish, that includes identifying land, scrutinizing the land by ensuring legal and zoning approvals, ensuring bulk services, planning and execution of ground works, financial costing & budgets, site development plans (SDP), building plans, construction of units, sale of units, bond applications and registration of the completed units.

  • The process mentioned above defines our approach to any development we plan to undertake and combined with our in-house expertise in every facet within a development, we are able to minimise risk and can provide exclusive products at highly competitive prices.

  • We are extremely proficient at providing a finished high-quality product, at breakneck speed and proficiency and at affordable prices.

  • We established this method, to build quality products at low cost, enabling us to focus on a large market segment of below R 1.9m. This part of the market remains active and lucrative.

  • We successfully completed several of these projects and although during Covid, we had to branch out to smaller single unit developments, we kept our core well oiled.
